NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS

Notice Regarding 2026–2027 Property Tax Bills

August 2, 2026

Property Tax Bills were mailed on July 31, 2026 to all owners.  Please note that the 5% discount period on the real estate portion of the bill is August 1 to August 31.  Taxes are due September 30 to avoid interest and penalty.

This notice is to also advise you that Immediately following the mailing of Tax Bills, a printing error was identified.  Portions of the bill affected are the sections labeled “Recorded Email Address” and “Recorded Phone #.”  Approximately 50% of the tax bills may contain incorrect information in these fields. The problem has been corrected and new tax bills will be mailed on Monday, August 3, 2026 to those affected.  All other information is accurate.

This public notice is provided in accordance with the requirements of the State of Delaware regarding the unintentional disclosure of personal information.  If you have questions regarding this incident, would like to know on whose bill your information appeared on or have questions about your tax bill, please contact:
